Standard shelf rental from £35 per month, with smaller shelf spaces available from just £10 per month
Pine and Modular Display Units - Larger shelving options for businesses needing more room
Locked Glass Display Cabinets - For smaller, delicate, or higher-value products
Table Display Areas - For businesses needing a more substantial branded space
Wall Space - Ideal for artwork and hanging products

Some display types and product categories are already fully booked. Where appropriate, we can add you to our waiting list or suggest another suitable display option.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for interesting, high-quality products that add something different to Lovely Finds. This includes handmade gifts, homeware, jewellery, clothing and accessories, artwork, books, food gifts, pet products, seasonal items, and much more.

We carefully manage product duplication so that our traders aren't surrounded by businesses selling the same things.

How it works

1. Register your interest
Complete our short trader application form and tell us about your business and products.

2. We review your products
We check suitability, available space, and whether there is too much duplication with an existing trader.

3. Choose your space
If accepted, we'll discuss the most suitable display option with you.

4. Get ready for Lovely Finds
You'll receive all the information you need regarding stock, labelling, and setting up your display.

Minimum term: 3 months
Deposit: One month's rent once your space is confirmed
Commission: None on standard rented spaces
Insurance: Minimum £1 million Public Liability Insurance required
Stocking: Local and postal traders welcome
Staffing: You do not need to work in the shop
